For ten years, Kate has worked with new and long-term clients to shape engagements that will achieve their digital objectives. At Viget, Kate has planned and guided digital initiatives for a wide range of clients, including The Motley Fool, Alarm.com, the Human Rights Campaign, the NFL Players Association, the World Bank, and the Ad Council.
Prior to joining Viget, Kate worked with museums and cultural institutions across North America to define and execute strategies for digital exhibit experiences. Kate earned a B.A. from Carleton College with majors in History and Cinema & Media Studies.

Design systems are getting a lot of attention right now, and for good reason. When executed correctly, a design system can provide lasting impact and value for an organization. But everyone needs to get on the same page for the system to deliver its full value. At its best, a design system is more than just a sum of its parts: it is the connection of multiple teams moving toward a common purpose. How do we get there – and how do we make those connections?
