🗓️ Jennifer’s talk:
The UX of Work: Creating excellent experiences across hybrid workplaces
As UX practitioners, we talk all the time about creating human-centric experiences, yet we often do our work in spaces that are anything but. With Covid, there's a lot of focus on where our work is done, especially around whether or not to bring people back into offices, but it's not like we had perfect work environments and processes to return to. If anything, Covid has laid bare how ineffective and actively harmful those spaces have been. Using UX principles as a lens to rebuild better ways to work can help make creative, collaborative, and safe places to do our best work.
