Figuring it Out: A Figma Migration Story

The pandemic pushed a majority of professionals to change how they work and collaborate day-to-day. To get the most out of remote and virtual collaboration, finding the right tooling became a key focus for many design and product teams. Follow our story as we migrated an entire design organization to Figma, the collaborative interface design tool, during the pandemic. Understand our motivation, range of design experts, tiered migration plans, foresight to prevent any hiccups, the hiccups that were stumbled upon anyways, and how we did it. As anyone can imagine, steering a ship in a new direction is not a one-time course change. The trajectory needs to be maintained. As Figma users and teams grow, hear how we’re continuing to share, collaborate, scale, and flourish together in Figma.
