Veronica Thomas

Veronica Thomas, MPH, applies behavioral science and user research alongside marketing and communication strategies to help people make informed decisions and live healthier lives. Her project experience includes leading the development of digital products, such as websites and mobile apps, and developing and implementing social marketing campaigns. Ms. Thomas co-leads the Digital Impact Initiative at RTI and led the development of a digital product lifecycle and toolkit grounded in user-centered design. She has a master’s in public health in social and behavioral science from Harvard University, where she earned concentrations in health communication and maternal and child health. She is certified in User Experience (UX) by Nielsen Norman Group and Digital Psychology by AlterSpark.
