Will Ryan is a UX leader and manager building organizational capability in research, design, and UX strategy. He views the user experience as an opportunity to provide not just delight, but a more meaningful context surrounding the work users do or the products they consume.
He is currently focused on a building a new venture called Xperius, a Research System management platform focused on insight sharing, UX persona and journey map visualization, and design impact tracking.
Previously, Will held roles at CBORD, NCR, IBM, and numerous startups and has also taught research and design methods at Indiana University and Ithaca College. He has authored dozens of published peer-reviewed articles on design methods, learning-to-use novel technology, game design, and social media.

In today's digital realm, designing successful products means understanding the larger ecosystem they inhabit. We are designing not just individual products for our customers/users but entire ecosystems. Experiences that once resided in a comfy silo of walled-off data and interactive solipsism now more than ever need to be available for integration through a multitude of APIs and webhooks calling on them.
