Elisabeth Parker
Elisabeth Parker
Senior UX Designer, Korn Ferry
Elisabeth started her design career while pursuing a degree in interactive media at UNC Chapel Hill. Her internship at SAS became the doorway to falling in love with design and usability, and she worked at SAS for four years. During that era she was lucky enough to explore a variety of projects, support both customer-facing and internal software, and contribute to the design department's exceptional workplace culture.
Now a senior designer at Korn Ferry, Elisabeth is leading the Analytics workstream and establishing a framework for the company's wide-ranging analytics endeavors. She is excited to be collaborating with research, visual design, project management and developers to create cohesive strategies for addressing complex spaces.
Outside of work, Elisabeth plays ultimate frisbee with Raleigh Radiance and Durham Toro, as well as coaching the two-time reigning college national champions, UNC Pleiades. She loves being outside, trying new sports and doing crosswords.

Productive Conversations About Race with Designers
Track B (Downstairs), Thursday 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm
We created a safe space within our design department for designers to explore and evolve our anti-racism journeys together. Learn from our trials, errors, inspirations, and discoveries as we present insights that we hope will aid you along your own anti-racism paths. Perhaps you may also be seeking a safe space to process racism with your designer co-workers. If this is the case, we hope we can give you ideas for how to begin that conversation and create a designer support group.
