Creating a great product is a team endeavor. One of the most important things that a UX designer can do is to help teams define a clearly understood, shared vision of what they are creating. This sets the stage for the full team to contribute towards that vision in a knowledgeable and creative manner. This talk will examine the main topics that need to be addressed in order to do that, including user need, technology, business case, market, testing and design. We will look at the important factors for success, as well as methods to communicate the vision.
