During Michelle’s time at Citrix, her career has evolved from various senior-level product designer roles to design manager to her current role as Principal DesignOps Manager. She supports the Citrix Product Design Org with horizontal programs so they can keep doing their very best design work.
Outside of work, she loves introducing people to UX and coaching people in their design careers. Michelle has a master's from the University of Baltimore in Interaction Design and Information Architecture. Originally from the East Coast, Michelle now lives in Oakland, California.

You'll also hear examples of how a large company leveraged DesignOps to design inclusively across all our products. We'll also show how you can approach establishing DesignOps at your org.
