From amateur paleontologist to psychological operations specialist to search engine optimization, JP Sherman has always been fascinated with how people find and consume information. Now, as the Manager of Search & Findability at Red Hat, he builds and optimizes pathways for people to find what they're looking for through behavioral science, technology, content strategy & experimentation. He lives in Apex, NC with his wife, four boys & two border collies.
